Wedding pages, private links and photo sharing

  • Use a personal member or groom link only for the intended person. Share the party's separate welcome-page QR instead of forwarding a personal link. Studio staff can revoke links or disable access.
  • Submit only your own contact and self-reported height/weight details. These are not verified tailoring measurements and do not provide access to the studio's private measurement records.
  • Upload only photographs you have permission to share with the groom and groomsmen using their private links, including permission from the people pictured. The studio reviews photos before they appear in the private crew album and may hide inappropriate or unwanted material. The shared Party QR never shows photographs. Do not upload sensitive documents, private measurement forms or another person's contact information.
  • A displayed clothing target, fitting status or collection progress is not a confirmed pickup appointment or a guarantee that every garment is physically ready. The studio's readiness approval and appointment confirmation remain separate.
  • Callback and fitting submissions request arrangements; they do not confirm, move or cancel an appointment by themselves.

Purpose and authorized use

EJS Studio CRM is a private studio-management system for Edwing Joseph & Sons. The staff application and its Google Calendar connection may be used only by people the business has authorized.

Google Calendar connection

  • Only a Google account owner or other properly authorized person may approve the connection.
  • The connection displays selected Google events inside the CRM. Staff with appointment-editing permission may change an event only on a calendar where the connected Google account is an owner or writer.
  • Client appointments created or changed in the CRM are synchronized to Google Calendar. Changes to their linked Google events are synchronized back to the CRM without sending attendee notifications.
  • Timed customer appointments on the selected studio Google Calendar become CRM appointments automatically. A unique exact Client Book name or a single exact active-client phone from the appointment notes links the existing client. A shared phone or a conflict between the title and phone stays for staff review. For a genuine new client, authorized staff may review any unambiguous phone or email supplied by Google, check for duplicates, and confirm creation of a new Client Book record. The CRM never creates the client automatically. Lunches, meetings, personal events, closures and other non-client entries remain calendar-only.
  • Deleting a linked Google event cancels the CRM appointment while preserving studio history. Deleting the CRM appointment also removes its linked Google event.

Account responsibility

  • Authorized users must protect their CRM and Google account access and must not share access with unauthorized people.
  • Users may connect only accounts and calendars they are permitted to access for the studio.
  • Any suspected unauthorized access should be reported to the studio promptly.

Service availability

The studio may maintain, change, pause, or discontinue the calendar connection when needed for security, reliability, provider requirements, or business operations. Google may also change or revoke access under its own policies.

Ending access

The Google account owner may revoke the connection through Google Account permissions. Edwing Joseph & Sons may also disable access for any staff member whose authorization ends.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the CRM or calendar connection materially changes. Continued authorized use after an update means the current terms apply to that use.

Questions about this notice or the calendar connection can be sent to edwingjsons@gmail.com or discussed with the studio at 484-200-5859.
